That's snaxi/snowstation, a map on /vg/station. Yes snow/cold can kill you, but there's no way to define inside and outside, so it doesn't snow on certain constructable tiles.
They are a /vg/station exclusive feature as far as I know. They are silicons that can be taken over by ghosts. They are stationary and have a single hand to carry out their laws with.

when I click close the notepad after placing the disableshaper it tells me to save and when I hit save it tells me that there is already another document, do you want to replace it? I click yes and it says access denied.
That's due to modern windows security stuff. Try saving the file elsewhere, such as in My Documents and moving/copying it to the rightful destination afterwards.
@@TheToomykins should I try running ot on a windows xp I think it may work better because I was running it on windows 10 and the website says it supports from 98 to xp
@@greasyweesie36 It should work fine on windows 7 too, but windows XP might be optimal. I'm not sure if windows 10 still supports compatibility mode, but that might be worth checking out.
