Hi My name is Bianca Skogen, welcome to my channel. I have a passion for makeup and beauty products. I am not professional makeup artist I am just someone who loves to play around with and review makeup and beauty products. I have been oil painting for the last 16 years and I love that makeup is just another medium, our faces are the canvas. I am a wife and mother of 2 with 2 dogs that get up to lots of mischief. I am a scientist so I love the science behind cosmetics and I try to experiment with makeup probably more than I should.
Growing up I never knew how to do my makeup correctly. I have 2 goals for this channel: to practice and learn from others, and to help anyone who might benefit from my content. Making people laugh would be a nice bonus, time will tell. You don't need makeup to be beautiful but it sure is fun!!!!
Have you tried MBA cosmetics? I love their pumpkin kisses and Autumn wishes palette! I was able to get 2 Ensley reign palettes this summer FLOURISH and GROOVY GARDEN and I love them so much! Cosmic brushes is another indie brand favorite of mine.

Exactly!! I know the Icon box is the BEST! My weekend doesn't start till Sunday. I work 4-10 hour shifts Weds-Sat. But I get a 3 day weekend everytime! So my week is only half over... 😕I hope you have a great Friday Tammy! Thanks for giving this video some love. It is not doing great. Just shows that I should keep my Eyescream and Ipsy together!!
I ended up liking the glowish skin tint and I have tried a couple of other Glowish products. Sad, but hopefully we will get good stuff to take its place, because it's not like Huda Beauty is closing, just kind of re-branding.

Ugh! I hate when that happens! An amazing sale appears right after you make a purchase! Noooooooo! LOL a little dramatic but that’s how I get when that happens to me. 😂But it’s also a good feeling when your product is not on the sale list or in your case sold out. YES!
It happens all the time. The internal struggle between making sure you get it before it sells about or waiting for a sale. If the store has a good return policy, I will just buy the item on sale and return the unused more expensive one!
That is so good to know! This video I just put up yesterday with just the Eyescream will be a good test to see if people actually watch it or if it tanks. To see if future videos with just Eyescream would be good.
Just found your channel and I also get Eyescream beauty, it's such a good deal. I live in New Zealand so my box takes awhile to get to me so I'm hoping mine arrives soon. I opted for both palettes because I love gourmande girls but I did see it say that the option was sold out so that was odd because it let me pay for the extra so I hope I get both palettes 🤞

Eyescream box seems to have better products than Ipsy. Like you said, I think we’re more familiar with the brands they offer versus Ipsy. But I’ll watch an Ipsy video if you put it up. I’m game for whatever you want to do 😊
I have a zeesea blush too! It’s so beautiful! I got mine off Amazon ( when money was no object lol) now I look back and dang! they’re pricey little suckers! But they’re absolutely beautiful 😍
My daughter was upset at the ending of the movie because they didn’t kiss. She said there’s a deleted scene where they did kiss but they decided not to use that ending after all. I really enjoyed that movie. I remember when the original came out. I love that one too!

Right! I did switch this month to just the $12 Ipsy Glam Bag but I am not really looking forward to it. I guess we will see how this video does. If it tanks, I might just keep it...
Oohhh the Maneater palette! I love that one! I also have their Honeysuckle palette that has beautiful warm and burgundy colors. Plus their Cravings palette is the bomb! 😍

Then there’s Emily Noel, Andrea Matillani, Kelly Gooch, Jessica Braun, Taylor Wynn. I support smaller channels like Smithy Sony, Journey in Beauty, Curly Girl Angela G, Dolly Momma Beauty. And I love women over 50 so Glitzy Fritzy, Risa does Makeup, MrsMelissaM. Perfume channels Amy Glam and Aleisha’s Budget Beauty ( she does both makeup and perfume). And others like Rachel Palmieri, Steph’s Beauty Stash, Angela Bright. I have more in following but as you can see I love beauty videos 😬

Aw man! I guessed you were wearing the UD Stone Vibes. I Love ABH formulas! I only own the 14 pan ones. Wait… I forgot… I have the Fall Romance and I really love that one! But The Cosmos looks gorgeous 😍
That was a good guess!! It could have been the Stoned Vibes palette too! I have the silly collector's mentality with ABH palettes!! I was them all!! Ahhhhh! But the Cosmos is sooo pretty! I love the Fall Romance too!
I only own 3 little mini palettes from Pat McGrath. The Eye Ecstasy Sublime, Sublime Smoke and MidnightVoyage. It’s a beautiful formula but very soft. Two shadows broke on me and I had to repress them but still beautiful nonetheless. 😍
They are so beautiful, but that stinks that they broke on you!! I am glad you were able to repress them! She came out with 2 quads recently that were in cardboard but either the same price as the hard black plastic or a very similar price, and people were not happy! I try not to buy anything from her brand unless it is at least 40% off!
I have the Nabla Side by Side! It’s beautiful! That’s the only larger palette I have of them. The rest I have are 4 Cutie palettes. I wanted them all but I need to get out of that collectors mentality. It’s so hard!!!
Great idea! I don't know how I would rank the mini's against the midi's so that is perfect!! The large and midi's together and the mini's alone! Smart!!
I love the My Dream palette! That’s the only Midi size I own from her. The rest I own are all minis (9 of them). But the My Dream was a reward to myself for working at my job for 25 years🤯(I’m shocked I was able to pull that off lol) But the palette is absolutely amazing !!!
Good job! 25 years is amazing!! You earned that palette and then some! It is definitely my favorite from her. I was disappointed with the Golden one and I just heard today that she has a "I need a Warm" palette coming out and it looks the same as the last 2 palettes that came out. Kind of boring.
I love the Pumpkin Spice palette!!! I picked mine up off Mercari when it discontinued. But my favorite Too Faced palette is the Chocolate Gold Bar😍 there’s this green brown shade with gold shimmer that I just can’t get enough of ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Dollar trees have gotten better and bigger makeup collections lately but it really depends which store you go to. The thing about them is they all get different shipments with different makeup sometimes they even get over stock of brands like elf and Revlon!
That is a really good point. I really only go to the Dollar Tree in my town and it's a smaller town so I was thinking maybe we get less stuff but I don't think that is the case, I think my town is actually stocked pretty well! I once found some Essie nail stickers at my Dollar tree and I was sooooo excited about it. I will be on the look out for elf and Revlon!
You should use your fingers their the best tool.😊 I really love the b pure concealer, The 3 pan pallets are good. Ioni is great too. I'm a freak for bronzer. That one is good.
That is a good idea! I usually use my fingers with shimmers because that helps them apply best, I didn't even think to apply these mattes with my fingers. I probably should have just used the foam applicator, those surprisingly act very similar to our fingers. I was so happy to find some great stuff! I am so glad you have found some awesome stuff from the Dollar Tree too!!
I was at the Dollar Tree in Tooele back in June and was surprised at how much makeup they had there compared to Dollar Trees in Colorado Springs or Rock Island, IL
