@whyme6534 I've only visited once for a week but have lived in Ohio for over 30 years. It seemed like it was a nice place to me. The people were friendly. It is conveniently located to other places in Ohio. I plan to take my dad to visit car museum even if it is small. There were other places I wanted to come back and see. Seemed like it had the basics.
My family took a road trip back in 1982 to visit my uncle who lived in Barstow,California. We drove from our home in North Carolina to California. Fun trip. I was 10 at the time. While we were out there we visited Hoover Dam and Las Vegas. Amazing place to see. This was long before the bridge was built. Like to go back someday.
I enjoyed your Video having grown up a dozen miles from Charleston along the Elk River. I knew who you were talking (JG), her father used to work at the big chemical plant in Nitro, WV. I saw a celebrity in Charleston in '75, I was in the back seat, setting at a red light and heard a commotion with people yelling and chasing after a big white Cadillac that pulled out of an alley. It pulled in directly behind our car, as I looked in to the back seat of that car I realized I was looking at Elvis (he had a concert there that night) and he was looking at me! I was in shock that I didn't even wave. Best Wishes!
Your video was just OK. the video had to much close up pictures. it was hard to tell at times where you was. The detail in the video of the monument showed mostly cement and nothing of the structure itself. A shot of the entire monument would have been great to see. Who wants to look at a cemetery? A video showing the openness in front of the structure would have been terrific.
Always injoyed playing in the parks as a young boy in the sixties. Thanks for the great video. I do believe that the parks closes at dusk if I'm not mistaken.
So beautiful ❤️❤️❤️Can you tell us what plants are used during the winter season? Is the Garden open for visitation during the winter season also? Got my answer! Thanks 😂
