Finding fresh red chillies in india is hard since most of them are used in the dry format and the fresh ones are available only during a season. Can anybody tell me if I can soak Indian dry kashmiri or byadgi chillies and use it to make the sambal ?

I was watching masterchef Australia season 20 semifinal today and very upset u didn't make it to final I watched dessert master as well b ut u couldn't win that as well sadly 😔
