Just another guy with an obsession with cars who is dumb enough with his money to keep buying cars, but too cheap to pay someone to fix them. I wrench in my garage to get my toys up and running. Sometimes I'm successful, sometimes I fail. However, it's always a good time.
You probably bought it with the start stop function disabled through the Fordscan. You can disable it. Many people don't like this function and disable it. I disabled mine myself.Through Fordscan you can make other changes. Such as folding the mirrors when locking the truck and also resetting the transmission's gear shift learning table, this is very useful when you feel a jolt when changing gears, usually from 4th to 5th gear.
I came to see how to take the dash basel off, mainly how to get the headlight pull switch out but you seem to gloss by so much of the tear out that it was a waste of time. Maybe not to those who just want to see someone pull apart an interior but I was hoping for a lil more step by step. Thanks for the share

Any time you take screws out, set your screwdriver in the scree and hit it with a hammer first. The hit will jar the rust loose. Or you can buy a hand impact that has screw bits and set it in the screws and hit it with a hammer. It actually turns as you hit it . Make sure its turning in the right direction.
My 2017 twin turbo raptor having a issue with Liqui Moly Geartronic, the transmission's fluid pressure is 0.9bar, is there any valves that limits the pressure?
Thanks for this. gonna do this soon shouldve done it when i did the sway bar + links but was losing daylight. And being in the NE , diy car jobs usually don't go as planned.
Did you ever figure it out? My Focus is doing the same. I replaced all 4 sensors and the main fuses on the front of the battery box and still have no speedo and all 3 ABS lights.
@@kyle51895 nope I’ve been driving it like this for 2 months now. I just don’t have the money to put it in the shop right now. But it’s making all kinds of noises coming from the passenger front wheel noting looks visibly wrong with it but somethings going on it with it. At this point I’m just hoping someone with good insurance hits me lol
Guys some help please. I want to convert my gt2020 to gt350 pre facelift. For this change i will need: 1)front bumper 2)hood 3)fenders 4)radiator support and core 5)headlights and turn signals I will also need to change wiring harness?? Thank you
I’m not sure how it would be from 2020 to GT350. You will need all of the things you listed. The wiring harness I am unsure of. The headlights on my 2017 to the 2018+ was a direct plug in. I did have to adjust my turn signals, but the GT350 and 2018+ have a similar setup: Headlights and turn signals no fog lights.
@@JDubWrenchingthanks for your answer bro. So the front face i think im ok.i dont need wiring harness or anything else And as i saw in your videos, the back 15-17 bumper and 15-17 tail lights fits directly with no problem
Masking the area around the button would avoid scratching with the picking method and the ton of lost time and risk of scratching other interior panels. I got this and returned it immediately. You lose the cool underlit lettering since the new button has solid lettering with just a small light dot on it.
Got all the stuff ready to change fluid/filter on my 2021. Went ahead and picked up the B&M pan just to be able to do drain/fill in the future much easier. Also the B&M dipstick, but I may end up passing on that. Back when I had my 2019 I had the dealer do it and it went back 2x after for issues as a result of them overfilling... really has me nervous that I'll have issues with my 2021. Anyway great video! Got a sub. Need to do some more raptor stuff on my channel...been a hot minute.
i am facing the very same issue after taking my car to be fixed my coolant and cv boots were changed. After taking my car back i noticed the error message, start button not responsive etc
Have to remove my drivers fender on my 1990 F15 to get at the door hinges. I am 75 and bought the truck new. Big prroblem for an old guy. But have done plaenty to the vehicle so I will give it a go. Thanks
I wanna do this mainly for weight savings. But wondering if maybe adding some cushion to it so that it's not 100% uncomfortable if someone does need to sit in it 😂
I LOVE what you did ,, with your rear set delete ,, A IDEA go to mustang blanket on line ,, ,, you can get a cheap blanket with a mustang logo on it,, it is 25 dollars to 50.dollars & you could put that in the car , with the rear set delete to have a mustang logo ,, love the video , I hope you like my idea ,
If you see 1:55 to 1:59 the video is missing frames because you most likely broke the tab on the outer plastic ring and edited it. That's why it all came out with the metal. Not that big a deal. I followed your instructions and the entire housing assembly that holds the lighter and heat warmer buttons came out broken. The critical step missing is minute 1:55. You should "gently" pull out the inner metal cylinder so the plastic ring remains in place. In orders to remove this ring you twist it like a knob to the left or right until a small protruding plastic nub on the ring meets a notch on the housing assembly this will allow the ring to come out easily. The video doesn’t show this so I just pulled hard and broke the ring and the housing. In any case. Thank for the upload.
Hey just a heads up. That plastic plug has a center plug to drain the oil. So you DONT remove the piece with "wings". Just takes a flat blade and you don't eat the oil blowing out all at once
