I have been a Chef since 2005. The cooks nowadays do NOT have the heart to even understand the search for perfection. They come in late, call out at the slightest emotional or physical discomfort, and do not respect experience or knowledge. They try to do their style with my menu, rather than practice consistency and discernment. It started going downhill since 2017. I haven't even had a sous who deserved the title since then. It is lonely, and frustrating
Absolutely loved this conversation but holy fuck, those chairs look so god damn uncomfortable! Poor Gordo would be better off sitting on a 5 gallon bucket than that tiny little wicker basket piece of shit!
Michael was the complete package, a step above everyone. Hamilton is an interesting question because he usually had a far superior car, I don’t feel he’s as good as his results suggest.
Interesting, because one of Lewis’ complaints about the past 3 seasons is his lack of input in the car development. So if he’s able to intuitively make drastic setup changes to suit his drive and he’s not been listened to. Hopefully Ferrari are taking him on with this in mind.
They don't let kids feel this anymore ... they do everything they can to keep them comfortable and keep from pushing them to excel (at least in America).
Marco gave him the tools, but I give Ramsey the credit for having the drive to get where he is today. That drive can’t be taught. He continually pushed himself to get better every day.
Trippier doesn't speak Spanish & Simione doesn't speak English, how's he going to get his message across when most of the players won't know what he's saying?
You do realise nearly all of the athletico players speak Spanish most as their first language. Kierans the exception not the rule. You can't manage in the prem and deliver pre game speeches in Spanish only. You'd need a translator. Which would be jarring and not the same. Exactly kierans point.
And the premier league is full of overpaid egotistic sh!ts while he has a team that he's built the way he wanted to - having said that he could do the same in England, but I see him as a 1 club man
Lol, guy don't even know how to make spaghetti without insulting Italy ... wondering how he got here, and why people even believe this bs ... damn poser
I worry about how he is going to mentally react to his first defeat to be honest. I think he is going to take it really personally and he sees his boxing as an all or nothing type of thing. Have a bad feeling we may see a deep depression from him similar to the aftermath of the klichko fight. Hopefully not and he has come a long way since and come much more self aware of the warning signs when he is struggling and seems to have figured helpful coping strategies. Not a huge fan of his but one thing I do respect him for is his openess around mental health which I do think has helped others. Myself included at times. Get back on it tyson and let's see these two warriors fight again very soon!
"Michael wasn't the most skillfull, that Was Lewis". If Michael had the developed car that Lewis had after 2013, Michael would have been a 13 times champion.
I'm glad for Gerrard that he managed to win a league when he was at Rangers. He can now put that slip behind him since he's fully experienced the joy of winning a league
