Sorry but thats a totally wrong view of this. Germany never wanted this war. We just wanted what was taken from us unfailingly after ww1. Blame the French and British elites who urged the Poles not to respond in anyway to German offers to resolve the conflict non-violently. Hitler never wanted to fight British and Americans in the first place.

It is wholly unfair that the entirety of the speech has not been shown in these videos. When you look at just this, you think to yourself that this is ludicrous. This speech in it's whole is thought provoking and is a masterpiece, all that he said there have now come true in the post-modern era.

I never watched the movie but read the disappointing book: 90 percent was about the characters' preparations and the action scene was only like 5 pages. Is the movie worth a watch?

Germany disappeared as a nation in 1945. Western Allies made a puppet out of germany and the soviets made the eastern part to be more russian then russia itself. Never the less, without the desaster of ww1 Germany would never start WW2
