That shit is pre-recorded. Notice when he is miked up every single show with live footage of this song, the deep vocal part gets louder and it HAS EQ. The guitarist has it on sample on his pedal. This guy has deep vocals but they're NOT that deep. That is processed all to hell.
While the mic-less scream is real and Alex is no doubt a cement truck of a vocalist, the prior lows at this particular show are pre-recorded. You can tell by the mic proximity vs volume, his physical enunciation here vs other recordings of similar lows, and he is slightly off-time at a couple parts.
I've heard so many bands in 20 years listening to everything from hardcore to brutal deathmetal, but no one can compare to Alex, it's another level of control.
i love alex and i iknow what the man can do but 0:11 he moves the mic over his head and it still sound as clear and low , how is that even possible , he dont even have the mic infron his mouth there and it still sound as loud and low
