Alex Mukulu is a play writer and a musician from Uganda who has been at the center of theater life in his country for the last 50 years and a great cultural ambassador overseas. My music cuts across, politics, empowering children and women, culture and Christianity.
The guns produce fear and relinquishing of rights . Guns are fear and force on people . Humans are fragile and we don't know enough about death to defy it .Death is abscence of the life we love , it is our most precious possession . The armed people who threaten us with their advantage of weaponry are a contradiction in that they too are as fragile ?
I just love Alex's Music ❤❤❤.Thanks My' Shakespeare ' Alex ur songs are like Shakespeare 's sonnets.Ur plays reminds me Shakespeare 's plays.I really love the message in ur songs. Actually I would rate u with the likes of professor Wole shoinka. I ve listened to this song 15 times since afternoon.
Memories keep coming when I listen to this kind of songs when I was living in village I used to think living in cities is life but I have moved to different countries and cities. Athen, Istanbul, Amsterdam, London but now I want to be that person living peacefully in villages watching trees, dazzling gardens, dazzling sky during rainy day. Smelling roses. Listening to slow jams and contemporary worship that’s life
Media team please take note that Alex will not accept those spelling errors in the subtitles. Please make the next one better. He is correcting us in the art of performance therefore, there should not be spelling errors. My humble submission. Otherwise, the legend's words are very true. Rehearsals oyee.
Real real point to mention that REHEARSALS are more important than the Performance. Yes, yes, yes! I practice similarly. The final show must be the evidence / exact replica of the rehearsals.
He is in ugandan creative arts which we have turned scientific. (How i do it is how it should be done). Come on, art cannot be scientific and when we what has been to remain what it is and forever shall it be, we lose the whole meaning of creativity. That is partly what has killed Ugandan art.😢
