Sir, meri joining date 19 june 2014 to 1 june 2019 tak kaam kiya hai due to 8 months my pregnancy I left my job. To kya mai eligible hun gratuity lene ke liye. Hr denied to give my gratuity. Hi sir i have joined 19 August 2019 my last lwd is 21th may 2024 im i eligible for gratuity??? total 4.10 months, after 4 years complete 190 days including Saturday and Sunday ??
On completion of 240 days in the fifth year of service an employee is eligible where 6 days work week model and 190 days in case of 5 days work week model. Provided employer is registered under PGA and employee is not disqualified otherwise as per PGA.

As far as gratuity is concerned, you are eligible for gratuity as per law. The resignation on an immediate basis is something else, which you need to decide .
There are other videos on gratuity on my channel, please watch them for better clarity. It appears that you have continuously worked 4 years and 240 days and your organisation is covered under gratuity law. Under these conditions , you are eligible.

If you have noticed some mistakes in the documents, it is always advisable to get it rectified it by the document issuing department/organisation and keep copies of all request letters for such rectification for future record purposes.These communication will help you in case any query raised by the organisation where such documents are submitted. Pl ensure to submit corrected record to your organisation, once these are corrected by the issuing organisation.

If your notice period is ending on 23.03.24 and you are being relieved by your present employer. You may take up next employment. Regarding your eligibility, need more information from you. Please connect over call /email.
