What's the need of making it so complex? Can't we just convert both a and b into X or Y or B only (any one of the three). Keeping the approach same. It will bear the same result but the turing machine Will be very simple.. and will look somewhat like the diagram in the previous two videos..

Sir,is it okay if I am changing 0 and 1 into blanks from start and end. so, for 00011 my tape is all blank but not reaching final state as after making 0 blank m/c will expect 1 so it will halt.

At 6.02 you substitute the right most E through id .. if you substitute with E+E then the result will be different .. id*id+id .. which is not equal to id+id*id @thegatehub .. please just rectify my confusion
