Basically it was an old tumblr blog created by Sam Ray (Teen Suicide, Ricky Eat Acid, Starry Cat) where artists in the indie-scene at that time could submit songs and everytime they reached 40 songs they'd release them as a compilation album. Alex G contributed 2 songs, Cold and Molly. The blog shut down in 2014 I believe...
So funny story. I dm’d Sam Ray about this. He said that part of the origin of 420 love songs was artists who were already signed releasing music under anonymous names that they contractually weren’t able to put out otherwise. Bekeeper is one of these. So we will never know who that is lol

Where did you hear about the 2014loosies album :0? maybe it might be referring to the "Three Love Songs: B-Sides & Outtakes" album, since that came out in 2014 and consists of b-sides, just a theory.
@@emanuelsover6332 I doubt that. There's a song on Tumblr apparently from it. It's a remix. A download for the album was on the teen suicide Facebook. I'm sure quite a few people have it as well. Some of the tracks on it could've been bits of other albums and stuff. I found an old file containing some songs for "songs about girls, songs about the moon" and "waste yrself" by teen suicide. Plus like 5 unreleased covers and stuff.
