NIce job. Restomods can look very nice. I have a '79 all original ( even the rivets in the disks are still there) 29k original miles, number matching. Original paint. Last one like mine sold for 52k. I garage it and drive it 4 miles every two weeks. Will be giving it to my duaghters. Love what you done :)

If I can ask what brand of sidepipes were those? I' looking to run sidepipes on my car aswell.
Ok have question on the felpro gasket on the oil pan you put silicon only on the block side and not on the oil pan it self, after that all other gaskets you put silicon on both sides, is there a reason for that on not putting silicon on the oil pan or the gasket. Engine looks great my cj7 had that 232 also.
Sorry you had a bad experience with our glass, first of all you are not a professional glass installer and if you follow the tips and tricks to do it right most people can get it to fit good. But you don't show any of that here. Second, you talk about the car going on a jig and cutting everything out, there is your issues, it's not back to factory spec like you say it is. We put this glass in 10 stock Nova bodies and had zero issues. We did have a few that were close but as you say these cars were built with a 2X4 and a hammer back in the day. While we are sorry you had issues with the glass it does not give you the right to steal it from us. That says all we need to know about your characters. You did a CC return and kept the glass. I wonder why? You were giving every opportunity to get this resolved and you refused all of it and then you make a one-sided video. I already told you send it back and if it does not fit one of our test cars we have here in the shop that is 100% factory we will 100% refund you with shipping and all we got was crickets and this video. I still have the phone conversation where you almost tell my wife to go F#$K herself but we won't talk about that, right? Not everyone can be pleased but at least man up and show both sides of the story. By you not sending it back to see how it fits our car tells me all I need to know about you and your shop. How could anyone trust anything you say. I have been doing this for over 30 years as well, so I think that shows something. I have a pretty good following and we go above and beyond to help out our customers, but we will not be lied to or stolen from. As of right now you are thief and should be ashamed of yourself and your shop. We no longer accept Amax because they could care less if you are right or wrong and they helped you steal from us. Im not much of fan of Chrome but have to say that the chrome valve cover is a nice accent on the blue block. That matching blue valve cover was too much blue. What do I know? Im just an old fart who grew up in the 70s
Yes, it needed an accent-focal point along with the SS ARP bolts. The cost of restoring the original bolts vs new and not having to deal with rust issues was a no-brainer. Thx for watching!
pan gaskets ... there were several versions over the years. someone at AMC was drunk. I ran into the problem you have. Felpro used to send 3 gaskets in a set so you could mix and match
A lot of former options have also been removed from the market. Have to wonder about this "green movement ." They would just have us all walking. Our nitch is to keep these old birds alive & running!
I have a 232 in my rambler American . I put 500K+ miles on it . mine has the rocker shaft on to rather than the bi rocker block system in later . back in 73 I made an intake manifold to adapt a turbocharger to it. After going through a learning curve. it was tested on a dineometer , 320 hp at 6500 rpm , 15lbs boost and 100 octane fuel. the American ran a 13 .6 sec 1/4mile back in 75. later I had to limit boost to 7psi on 91 octain gas. Stopped driving it in 2008. when all was working driving modestly it got 30 mpg. at 65. but when running stop light to stop lite it might get 4mpg. A grand ma car that was lots of fun. I installed a AMX sway bar on it and it handled well.

Stunning car, really nice. I have a 1980 factory 4 speed car. Red on Red, with a ZZ4 344HP 350 Crate engine from Chevy racing. The motor was changed due to a rod hanging thru the block. (Not Me) The out the fender headers and hood are the last two things to do.
Looks great, awesome looks too. I’d be proud of this one. And now my observation 😮 that was a crappy tape off job around the window rubber, there is red paint all over it 😡. You can see it clearly 2:20 when the antenna goes up and down but yeah, great paint job. No im not jealous I have a black 68 with a big block and side pipes.
There is a chrome trim that is not installed yet that will cover all of that. they just had not finished putting the trim back on. Might be having it re-chromed?
Come on people! Blueprint is is a name that isn't used properly, its to build an engine for the car it's going in! Type of transmission/ rear end gear/ what hp /torque/ fuel delivery/ street or strip???? You have to custom build it for the customers needs!
