Of course it was Lew Grade who gave Patrick McGoohan the go ahead for The Prisoner. McGoohan was one of the highest paid actors at the time and was in Danger Man which was also ITC. McGoohan sat down with Grade and said he'd had enough of Danger Man and that he had a new idea and they discussed it. At the end of the meeting, Grade said "You know, it's so crazy, it might work" and they shook on it. What do you think he was going to say?

I remember watching Randall and Hopkirk as a 5 yr old when it was first run in 1969 my dad liked it . I had them all later on on vhs and watched them over and over, Annette was beautiful and still looks great here can’t believe she’s now 84 and Ken cope is 91 I think,lovely lady . R.I.P Mike Pratt.

Annette is still a lovely charismatic woman. Neil is a very engaging and sympathetic interviewer who puts guests at their ease, even if he does get carried away in in own excitement at times.
