Hi, I have the same problem ! I wanted to use the Motor from the 65 and use the old 65 Chassy, but if you notice with the engine in place, and in the car body, the space from the of the back of the engine and the Firewall is huge, and out of spec. The Ram Exhaust manifolds are not correct for the Chevelle. Use the Log version.
Good to know, especially considering I plan to make mine a 6! If anything, I think it looks a bit more realistic with the extra plastic removed, anyway.
Great video! Thanks for the info, looks like a modification I will have to make as well. How does the body compare to the old elcamino and wagon? I was thinking of getting a couple extra , and making my own 64 wagon and elcamino out of this kit and the available 65 bodies.
Hi my name is turner! My mom got me this model it would be cool if you could do a tutorial on it. I am making my car 1st model. My mom has tried to help me with it but I'm not sure she knows what all do to we are following instructions. I am glad to see the model I picked out is online. It's my 1st 4-h model and I have done the wheels I'm not sure if I did them right but I did the roll cage tonight and we are letting the glue dry.
Looking sweet so far, I can tell you like this model as the ones in the back ground, definitely a very nice pick-up back in the day, when they built real cool cars, gee i miss those days😢 Cheers 🍻🍻🇦🇺🤝😎👍😊
This and the 60 f100 are very nicely done. Both are new tooling based on the original kits. Alot of new updated areas and pieces that make them go together better.
popular in the olden days when men were men and modelers were real modelers, not like nowadays when many complain that they had one piece in a box with a bit of flash on it, Lol
Love the 79 pace car.. I have this in the original box unbuilt, need to find some new decals for it... I'm with you huge Mustang guy, Love the Foxes....
