One of the way I learn new things is by watching RU-vid videos. I've done this for a long time and it's helped me to learn languages and skills that have proven to be invaluable. What's the best way for someone without much coding experience to become a salesforce developer? Should one learn admin skills first and then go into coding? Or would it be better to learn to code first and then learn how to apply it to salesforce?
