tawagin ko nalang po kayong Tito kasi kasing edad mo rin ang papa ko. anyway your video po is so informative. Kakabili ko lang ng 875 (still sitting in the local USPS outlet), and im just looking for methods how to break it in easily. Thank you for this Tito Red Winger.
Use a thicker socks, loosely tie the laces for your first wear and have a walk inside the house muna. 2nd day, tie the laces a little tighter and walk for one hour. Consistent lang na ganyan everyday until the leather softens and you produce your personal foot imprint on the insoles of the boots and initial folds and creases on the side parts of the boots. To this habit up to the 3rd week and your feet will be more comfortable with the boots! Are you going to use them as lifestyle boots or work boots? Ako, I use my boots for hiking and working in my backyard. I use my Beckmans as my lifestyle/fashion boots. Salamat!
@@jovienarciseph im gonna use them as lifestyle lang, most probably pang church. How about sa sizing? kasi andaming reviews na dapat mag size half or full size down. I am size 8EE on the Brannock Scale, so i ordered 7EE. i hope ok lang fit nya.
Hey Jovenal! Nice videos. I've just a Wrangler Montana Regular and they are a little bit big. They fit well but are kinda baggy, so the butt area is looks like I have a diaper. I wanted to know what would be your recommendation for me to shrink it so it fits well. I don't want them to make me look like a sausage but don't want to feel like I am wearing a potato bag either. Thank you in advance! Cheers.
The ones that I have recently purchases are also in Cowboy Cut and they are loose, straight cut but I have them hemmed to my actual inseam length of 28 inches. I am not sure if they look good to other people but I don't mind because they are very comfortable to my body. Thanks for the comment.
Sir, the only Wrangler I ever owned, I had made pasadya at Farmer’s Market in Cubao, and had them slap a Wrangler’s label and stitching on it! 😄 Makabili nga ng tunay!
Hi Jovenal! It's nice to see a fellow pinoy sharing denim stuff. I'm very new to the hobby. I have the Iron Heart 666 XHSib (25 oz indigo/black) and a pair of Samurais. I learn a lot from your content. Good stuff you have here in youtube Tito!
I bought a pair of these a couple weeks ago for wearing to work where I spend long days, lots of steps on concrete. So far, so good, they are very nice looking casual shoes. Haven"t broken them in yet, but they are getting there, feel pretty good. They might be too nice to wear to work where I'll beat the hell out of them. I'm thinking about getting a second pair in black and let these patina slow and steady through more normal wear. Enjoy
Yes! They are nice Mocs! That is also my plan to get the black one. We will see. I have a scheduled trip to Japan soon before the end of this year. Thanks for the comment.
Hello sir, how did you make the starch gel so smooth? Mine had bunch of small lumps in the starch that i created. I added 3 tbsp of corn starch in 2 cups of water and boiled and stir it frequently. What am i doing wrong?
I think you are doing it wrong. You should add more water for the boiling water. Make sure you mix first the 3 tbsp of corn starch with the 2 cups of water in a separate bowl. Once the water in a separate pan is boiling, that is the time you mix your prepared diluted corn starch in tap water to the boiling water and then slowly stir. Remove the pan once you get the proper texture of the starch mix you are going to apply to your jeans.
@jovienarciseph thanks for the help. How much water should be in the boiling water if I used 3tbsp corn starch that has been mixed with two cups of cold water?
@jovienarciseph 10D is a little big. 9.5D is a little snug/tight. both are good in length. Which is better for me? i have narrow feet. 284cm heel to toe standing. sorry im not good at english
I just purchased a pair of Orslow 105 selvedge denim in the same color Indigo. It is a size 1 as I usually wears 28 but is a little tight on the waist especially when I sit down. The waist will stretch? If yes how many time I have to wait? I like very much the model, color and fit but at first wear I am feeling uncomfortable.
@@jovienarciseph thank you, it is a 13oz denim so not heavy fabric, I really hope that it will stretch a bit cause size 2 is too big for me. Do you ever tried Orslow jeans and what is your opinion about?
