@@riceking17 yeah I went the 4 days. Gotta upload more vids Didn’t get to check that exhibit or panel out. Haven’t watched that anime yet, gonna watch it
To make up for Jack's lack of 10 frame Jab, his heat smash is 10 frames so it's the fastest heat smash in the game. Leo's Heat smash first hit missed here but on most of the cast the would-be second hit would've connected and leo would've completed the move. I use Lili and her heat smash is so slow Leo would've stuffed it in this same interaction, along with most if not all of the rest of the cast except for your boy Jack In short - Jack Attack Heat smash too fast
Yeah I definitely catch ppl off guard with how fast it is. One of the good buttons and moves he has I’ve had someone dick jab me out of it before though, so I’m still labbing
@@danieltorres8987 I know lol I had to clarify to save myself. But yeah my buddy knows he can’t punish that move with rage anymore. It was just funny how he reacted to me
There are actually tons of moves you can punish with rage art, hellsweeps and other stagger lows being the most obvious examples. In case you haven’t noticed Tekken is filled to the brim with legacy moves and round enders that have absolutely god awful frame data. Jack’s F,F+3+4 being the most famous example, if you block it you have enough time to ki charge and punish with a rage art, and even though it knocks down on hit you still have enough time to get up and punish with a rage art.
I think it does more damage than it did in 7 but low parrying still isn't usually much damage. You're usually better off blocking the low and going for a ws launcher.
I don't really low parry, but it can be useful when their lows aren't punishable. Like iirc you can low parry a low jab. Or just lows that are only -11 or something where you can only punish with something like a ws4 But yeah i don't usually low parry cuz i just don't think about it ingame
I think it's too early for you to do rankings.. If you want to enjoy tekken to it's fullest.. never follow the trend that every scrubs should be ranking early on. Your early development should be familiarization of all command list of your favorite main, then compile from RU-vid the best juggles.. then learn about pressure plays, like backdash, frame traps, grab escapes, footsies. To a large group of tekken community, they called tekken a hard game, because if you wanna go far beyond enthusiast, moving far beyond the 50% of the ranking bell curve, you have to do the same rote to all available characters in the current patch, the wider the roster the more time you study the roster
Agreed, I’m gonna keep going until I reach a wall and keep learning and keep adapting and never backing down and always willing to carry the boats and the logs. This first vid is definitely a learning experience, but I do get gradually better each video! Stay turned and watch the progress. But thx for the advice, I will heed it well!
@@progste well, if you don't have friends irl who plays the game & no arcades for casual matches to test your knowledge, sure. Your development depends on options from where you live. Nothing beats local community where everyone's profiling everyone. Everytime your screen says "here comes a new challenger" you always tend to check if you know whose playing on the other side
