Do you perhaps have every ranked skin?? Maybe that’s why? Idk though but you can get malicious mandy for free in shop when you reach legendary 1 in ranked mode from what I heard and seen from others!

@@DJ_1208 if you recently just got it you’re supposed to get credits and then it’ll start showing up! It’s kinda odd, I hope this helps and I was able to explain myself correctly! :D
