@@lynchmobb119 ngl I still opened the scoped boxes, but I almost never take them. They're rare, I had to run around the map for two separate games just to get the thumbnail.
I honestly didn’t know you could go below 4. I have 700 hours and after my first two games ever I was in 4. I just assumed 1-3 was for brand new or something
Ever since they made the changes to MMR, I'm usually stuck in 6 star hell. I think I've been 5 star once since the change, but immediately got thrown back into the pit. My games are rarely like this video anymore. I always get toxic TTV sweatlords, long ammo Andys, or sometimes the semi-rare "pro gamer" (blatant cheater). At this point I'm starting to wonder if HUNT would benefit from a casual and ranked system. Who knows. Good shootin'.
im in the same boat, i was 4-5 before the update now im 5-6. I cant say i've ever seen a blatent cheater, all i find are campers or Patient Andys. idk if a casual mode is the way, but a 5v5 or some kinda short quick team game would be ideal. It would help all the unconfident players learn the guns and movement faster.
I was 2.5 star before the update, after 3 games (1 kill, 3 kills, 3 kills) and dying each one, I got stuck in 6 for 5 matches until I just decided to solo queue and purposely die, hoping to get killed by the less skilled of the duo to derank. It took me about 16 games of just shooting around enemies and getting myself killed to hit 3 stars
@@DisTYM This. Also used to average 4-5 star. I got to 6 star about 3 times pre-change, and it only lasted one round. 😆 I've only encountered a couple cheaters since the big update. I've always said at the very least that quads would be cool: More of your friends could group up, you'd have 3 teams of 4 on a map, which would provide bigger battles that would last longer and have more of that wild west shootout feel. There's lots of amazing ideas and opportunities to be had. Hopefully Crytec learns from their past and takes more risks/creative freedom going forward.
They just need to increase the limit to 10 stars. This way you don't have 5k elo with 3k eloin the same lobby. If you are a 5* for example, you could be placed in a lobby with only 4,5 and 6*. Ez fix
Maybe, the elo isn't the problem it's the matchmaking. Counterstrike makes you wait up to 5 minutes sometimes for a match and it's over a million people on that game. They either need to make you wait 5-10 minutes in que to get an even game or remove the stars and go off of straight elo But tbh I don't think it's terrible ATM. It's pretty good for the amount of people it's dealing with.
That’s just adding extra steps , and it addressing any real issues . Because people will then complain about having to fight more than 2 different MMR in a lobby
@@DisTYMI think a good way to fix it would be to determine rank by win rate, accuracy, and kills with equipment (dynamite, red barrels etc.) the current system of ‘oh you’re 3 star a killed a single 5 star? you must at least be 4.5 star!’ is awful. anyone can get a lucky kill and then get stuck in elo hell
30s in and i see a bow.... I am in pain... I hate bows.. if a 7.62mm (or 7.44? I forgot the older round used by the mosen) to the heart does not kill (not that i want it to god no) a sharp stick should not oneshot to the chest.
If videogames were 100% realistic we wouldnt be playing them. The whole point is to not be realistic as we all are using them to escape from reality. But i get what you're saying.
They could've atleast give one shot to high caliber upclose, but most high caliber guns oneshot if you have less than 1 hp bar, so it keeps it "balanced".
@@DisTYM Seems the hipfire spread is much better post-1896. Like the fight you had a Kingfisher it seemed to be pretty good, but you were moving a lot more in the fight at Machine Gorge. Even then it seemed to be more tight grouping.
Please Check out the Streamers in this video! I got rid of all my streamer clips before the new update. I will be grinding more content immediately after it launches.
