Can someone help me. When I'm doing the first exercise I don't feel my belly, I FEEL MY LEGS. They hurt so much and I can't keep them straight in the knees. After the second lift they were terribly tight below the knee... How to get rid of that???

My 3 day progress comment disapeared, so ill repeat it without all the details: Ill be doing this and lilly sabris flat stomach workout, and the other day will be this and lilly sabris small waist!! Day 1✅: Was easy js a little challenging Day 2 ❎: couldnt, had cramps along with sore abs from day 1 😢 Day 3✅: some were easier from the last time, didnt have time to do lilly sabris small waist Day 4 ✅: VERY easier, began to think its not challenging. My legs were sore after lilly

Ima try this for a week and see if I can see any results I’m trying to lost a lot of stubborn weight and fat so I can feel more comfortable in my clothes and in myself!!(im on a diet to not eat more than 1,600 calories and I take taekwondo so that might make a difference in the end) Rn I weigh 165pounds and eat to get down to 150 then so on after I reach this goal! Day 1✅-it was hard and I wanted to cry during the seated crunches but now pushed through and feel great! I was surprised with how short it felt but I felt a good burn🔥

I got some hopes after the comments so i am starting it from today and adding it for my night workout. My weight is 46 Target:40 See yaa and gonna do this for 10 days daily Day 1:did it but paused for few sec in b/w (so hard in crunching )
