Can someone help me. When I'm doing the first exercise I don't feel my belly, I FEEL MY LEGS. They hurt so much and I can't keep them straight in the knees. After the second lift they were terribly tight below the knee... How to get rid of that???

Ima try this for a week and see if I can see any results I’m trying to lost a lot of stubborn weight and fat so I can feel more comfortable in my clothes and in myself!!(im on a diet to not eat more than 1,600 calories and I take taekwondo so that might make a difference in the end) Rn I weigh 165pounds and eat to get down to 150 then so on after I reach this goal! Day 1✅-it was hard and I wanted to cry during the seated crunches but now pushed through and feel great! I was surprised with how short it felt but I felt a good burn🔥
