Loved this video!! Lived in Ariz. for 50 yrs..became a pilot there in the eighties in Marana, outside of Tucson. Never had the opportunity to fly into lovely Sedona. Was told it was on a mesa, butte, table-top mountain. This is the closest I'll get to it. Dad flew a 310B corporately out of the NY/NJ area in late 50's, early mid-60's, when the company decided to sell the plane. Dad took an early retirement, fell back on instructing to pay bills.

What model 310 is it? I can tell it has an IO-520 with 300hp

I feel Iw been there before, not phisicly but wasnt this airstrip in one episode of the TV serie Airplane Repostion ? If I remember correct the repostioning agent had to steal a radio from one of the hangar.
