Met John at one of their gigs in Lorain, Ohio about 16 months ago. Two things stood out to me. First, he has a passion for his craft that is hard to duplicate. Secondly, his band is the most authentic cover band I have ever heard. Pink Floyd Nation is incredibly talented.

Great suggestion, Jeff. I hope that this comment will increase the number of views by bringing this gem to the forefront. Everyone in sales has prospects who disappear. This is a great way to approach them and re-engage or cross them off the list.
Yep! Practice. Do a lot of writing, and then read it out loud, and practice rewriting and reciting it from memory. Eventually it'll become natural. Make sure you read Subtle Words That Sell
Seriously, by far the most comprehensive interview with Keenan an RU-vid. Jeff is a Pro himself and asks all the right questions. You get a full explaination to apply immediately. Would still buy the book though.
