In today's fast-paced job market, it's becoming increasingly common for companies to demand that candidates be available to join within just 10 to 15 days. Yet, despite candidates often providing thorough and well-prepared answers to up to 80% of interview questions, many find themselves left in the dark, waiting for feedback that never comes-not even a rejection email. To all organizations out there, I urge you to reconsider this practice. If your own company isn't releasing candidates within such short notice, it's unfair to expect others to do so. Moreover, no one is born perfect-it's experience and practice over time that shapes a person's expertise. At the very least, give candidates a fair chance to demonstrate their skills. And if a candidate isn't the right fit, please take a moment to send a proper rejection email. This simple act of communication can provide invaluable feedback, helping candidates improve and continue their journey toward success. Every candidate deserves to know where they stand. Let's respect the time and effort they put into the process by providing them with the feedback they hope for-even if it's in the form of a rejection. It’s a small request, but one that can make a big difference.

Test plan is a lower-level documents which is focus on scope and out of scope and assumption of test objective, but actually in test plean is not included. Test details, test procedure, test, level, test cast !
