Except when you were Flashhouse, you somehow outbid me when I offered $11k more than what you ended up paying for the property. I believe somehow our bid never made it to the original owners as it should have and it went straight to you somehow because it would not make sense for them to turn down a higher bid...Then you immediately relisted the property a few months later and offered to sell the house back to me for $21k more than what you bought it at yourselves. At the time I was mostly confused as to why the seller name had changed from what it was originally. You guys must have known how much I wanted the house and that's why you asked for so much more. However we could barely get any contingencies out of you. One of your secretaries even told me that you all had not done any renovations to the house before asking me to pay another 10K over what we had already offered on the house to the original seller. I even had to contact one of the contractors to come back. Of the small amount of work that you agreed to do, half of it was not done properly and had water leaking in our walls. This whole idea of yours isn't as wholesome of a thing as you're making it seem. I wrote a letter to the original sellers, begging for the house because we had already viewed so many houses and had no success. I believe you guys somehow ended up with all of that information instead of the original seller and that is how you made a $21k profit off of a new/naive buyer...having done nothing to improve the house aside from the couple contingencies, with the one being of poor quality. Congrats! Sounds like you either make side deals with real estate agents to pull this off or I'm not sure what but it will not fly for long.

I worked for a company that had another CRM. As we were growing, it started running into limitations. We investigated CRM options and chose Salesforce. We chose Robochimp and can attest that Gary and his team at Robochimp were professional and did great work! A pleasure to work with, logical, and steady temperament. For Developers, I would say Salesforce Rest APIs were the easiest and most solid APIs to work with to integrate with our internal systems. For non-technical users, they log on and see their reports. Not everyone needs to be involved with the technical setup. You do have to weigh the costs, but by integrating with a CRM like Salesforce, you do get to understand your business better.
