Thank you for your clear instructions. I found that if I log in on the new device with the same credentials as the main one, Smart Life picks up the settings without the need to transfer.
This is great, thanks for making the video, managed to install my panel today. Only thing I'd mention is that the existing bolts on the panel are too short to go back into the panel once the cylinder has need added too. I had to use some other, longer, M4 bolts I had lying around. It would be good to provide some longer, replacement bolts in the suspension kit, rather than relying on the existing ones.

This suspension kit ( supplied ) is different to the one with instructions in the manual and there's no mention of this very useful video in any of the supplied material.
Hi Annelies, to connect your Bar Heater to Alexa, you must first connect it to the Smart Life app. After this, you can teach Alexa the Smart Life skill, and your heater should sync across. Unfortunately as of right now, our Helios IR Bar Heater range does not work with Alexa, however, our Aurora IR Bar Heater range does.
