@@spiritualnat3 yessirr. this video didnt have it but i have the T51R mod now and its crazy. its just all noise, no performance gains but adds to the driving experience. 1300cc injectors is what i have, its perfect for stock motor boost applications
Cant go wrong with that neither! Did a front housing swap on my turbo so it has a T51R mod now. Will try to make a video on it when i can. Might change your mind about going with a supercharger 😁
Great car, sounds fantastic. I turbo converted an '04 350Z, blew the motor at 431hp, then got a custom fully forged bottom end, uprated clutch, breaks..everything but alas, I sold it because it kept overheating. At the time, I didn't know the garage that fit the new bottom end didn't replace the head gasket despite me providing a full gasket set. The new owner informed me. I would still have it. I was about to buy a boost controller and have the boost increased and would have aimed for roughly 650hp. They're really rare here in the UK (turbo'd Z's). I miss it. I am planning to get a 370 in the near future and boost that. Should work out cheaper than boosting a 350z because the stock engine is capable of 700hp I see regularly, so no uprating required unless aiming for more than that. Your Z makes me so much more eager. If anyone wants a look at my build log, it's on 350z-uk d0t c0m under "twin turbo 350z build" by user TT350Z (me). Can't give a direct link because of YT. Anyway, yeah, love the care mate. Sounds and goes so well.
Very nice I appreciate all the work he did on his Z but I just don’t like the Rims, every RU-vidr are installing them on there Z. What’s wrong with the original Z Rims?
These new wheels are TE37SL’s. They weigh around 18lbs each at a size of 18x11 front and rear. They weigh less than the OEM wheels and are much wider. OEM Nismo wheels are 21-22lbs each, and have a smaller width. TE37’s have a reputation because of racing. My Z is all about Function over Form while still making sure it looks good 👍
I’m like a year late. I love that steering wheel! I just got a 370z nismo v1 and wanna do the soho stage 2. Got it with 70k miles. How has the motor been holding up with that much power? You daily it?
welcome back bro glad to see you driving the Z again and I say your definitely going to get a beamer for Suree regardless i know that shits going to go crazy
Really depends on what you're looking for, but roughly $5k for an inefficient DIY setup making south of 450hp up to $15-22k for a tried and true kit including supporting mods, labor and tune (if you decide not to do it yourself) easily capable of destroying your stock engine and trans lol. Very rough numbers btw, prices change and there's many ways to go about it.
I was considering going on ethanol gas for it to be slightly cheaper than 93, but are there really no kits under 1K to run/tune it on? Even considering a stage 1 turbo kit on my car is too much for me to afford at this moment.
Yea its around 6.9-7.0. Its only at 450 torque too so its got wayyy more potential. And yea, no plans on selling it. Currently planning the next phase of the car, releasing a video about it soon 🫡
@@Unxpekted yea after supporting mods, its around there. If the Z is the car you like and got no plan selling it, then go for it. Worth every penny in my opinion 👍
