Guarantee if Mu wouldve won this, Not only would Richardson NOT apologized,but MU fans wouldve been chanting stuff, MU fans are so delusional, they think their on the same level as UGA,Tenn,Bama,UF,Texas,Oklahoma,Auburn(1st Tier Programs), but the reality is MU isnt even better historically than Kansas fball(3rd Tier program).alltime head to head vs KU, 56-55-9 ,Missouri is only up one game on KU alltime. Last 19 games played=10-9 KU..Vanderbilt,Kentucky and Miss St are on MU's level in the SEC.
Yeah, I'm an LSU fan, and got a cheap laugh when I heard about this...."Old Man Football"?? Come on, Son. This is the SEC. But I think everyone understands that now.... But hey- at least the kid went up to Richt & apologized for his remarks after the game, from what I heard. I'll give him credit for at least owning up to his ill-advised comment.
As a Bama fan I was glad to see A&M moved to the SEC.. Mizzou?.. I wanted to see how they would fit. After the "old man football" remark made by Richardson I was REALLY pulling for GA. Mizzou is now in my mind the outsider who underestimates the SEC. I'd like to see them earn some respect in the future but for this year let's see some respect beaten into them.. hell.. I'm pulling for the Vols to hammer them.. and would be for Auburn and LSU if they were scheduled. Good job Dawgs! RTR.
