This channel is dedicated to my solitaire electric football league, the “American Electric Football League” Here you will find AEFL game casts, solitaire rules and also “how to” videos for the hobby of electric football.
@@xanderstavenau I wouldn’t bury them just yet, after this last game they are now only a game back in the west with 6 to play. They just blew out Texas 42-21 in the last game..it’s going to be interesting.
@@Daithi204 They started strong at 2-0 but have dropped the last 2… There is still a lot of season left to play but I don’t like how they got bodied against Nevada.
Hello coach thanks for answering my recent question I'm SILVERSKULL66 I'm subscribing to your page from my electric football page🙂 love all of your videos🙂
@@SILVERSKULL66 almost all the bases are Itz, all the qbs are on rookie Tudor bases and Tudor rookie proline. I think ITZ are easy to tweak with pliers and a little heat. Especially the HITZ bases. The HITZ bases are so easy you could almost just use your fingers to get them going. Also I never mind answering questions! Always feel free to ask away!
I am learning the game so please excuse ignorance, I have a board arriving next week. The game management video explains how to determine a standard pass or standard running play according to the game situation, but when to use the Run Pass Option play, which I believe is a new third type of play added for this season - not covered in the game management video?
Hi Nigel, good question! Look at a Facebook group called buzzing solitaire and find the files section. My rule set for this year is the top file. On page 3 is the dice probability with RPO included. I use a 20 sider for the scrimmage plays. I hope this helps!
Thanks as always for your support. Just a bit of news, week 1 games are done and the Ohio vs Texas game is in the editing phase. I should have that game up in a day or two and I will give an update on the other games/standings
Just a quick note on the schedule…it’s 40 total games(actually 42 with the playoffs) not 80+ games….i have no idea how that number got in there😂 Also an update I will be giving you two full games from week 1 Bucks, Pacifics already played and in the editing phase and as I mentioned I will be filming Comets, Tornadoes.
Your game play and rules I use in my electric football game play every time I watch your videos it keeps me excited and hungry for more electric football thank you your channel and the fat8 channel are the best
Hi Anthony, thanks for watching. I just recently found your RU-vid channel and have also read some of your Facebook posts. I never realized that what we call “passing sticks” is a derivative of your pass placement system! I really dig your ideas, I’ve also taken a great deal of inspiration from the FAT8 and Electric Football Hero and mixed in a few of my own ideas here and there. The hobby is fantastic and is clearly made better with thoughtful inventiveness from folks like yourself! Count me in as an MPFL fan.
I had one of those game sets as a kid, about 6 years old, back in the 70s. Still have fond memories of playing it. I know they still offer them these days, but I just can't pull the trigger after all of the craziness of the player movements I remember. Still, a lot of fun to watch this!
Hey Phil thanks for watching, I’m glad you enjoyed it. The hobby has come a long way since the old days, the bases can be easily “tweaked” now to run faster, straighter and stronger.
@@aefl3277 What bases and figures would you recommend starting out playing with your rules? I don’t know anything about tweaking, “strong”, or “fast” bases. I’m not interested in playing in a league right now, just solitaire.
@@kippupton9114 For starters I would go to Tudorgames.com. That is the best place to buy standard figures inexpensively. For bases I would go to Itzbases.com they are the best hands down. Look for their CL-1, and HITZ bases and starter bases they are easy to tweak high performance and relatively inexpensive options. Search RU-vid for videos on how to tweak bases there are quite a few out there..I’m ok at it but I defer to guys who have made an art out of it. Look for EF facebook groups and join them all! There are a ton of helpful guys in those groups (it’s more like one group really) There’s a guy named James Harris you’ll find in those groups that is an expert tweaker. I hope this is helpful info let me know if you have any questions!
@@aefl3277 Thank you for the tips. I have joined several EF groups on FB and have been watching videos, including a lot of yours. I am so excited to learn all of this stuff.
It’s a magnetic field that I had printed by a company called “best of signs” I designed the graphics with the help of a tutorial from RU-vidr “eltoro49”
