Hi Randy, many thanks for your feedback. May-June is a great time. No concerns. I would easily go back at that time of year. You will have the Adriatic to yourself and your voyage will be less expensive. The weather should be nice with great winds. You might want to bring a jacket as the winds can be a bit colder. Other than that, you should have a great time! All the best 😃
Been wondering what camino Portuguese route to do. Did sarria to santiago before. Might do this. Looks Cool. Should I get the metro out of the city the first day?
Hi Kieran, this was my first camino so it is hard to say how it compares. I really liked this one. Note that I did the Camino da Costa until Camiñha and then went to Valença to continue the Camino Central. No need to metro out imo, it’s nice to walk out of Porto alongside the Douro. All the best! 😃
Thanks for your video. In September I'm arriving in Venice, Italy for 2 weeks. I would like to visit Slovenia and drive through Croatia and Bosnia to get to Montenegro. I can't find any car rental agencies that would let me cross borders to get to Montenegro. Any suggestions?
