Incredible! I wish the video would have added a few more seconds of comparison with the original Van Gogh compared to Ali's because it's seriously impressive! Love Ali's work, good pick!
To my fellow pALIs that come across this video and have watched both videos: watching behind the scenes first before watching the final production is almost like you’re with Ali through it all 😂
Thanks for watching! Be sure to catch more sprayhem by checking out Ali's behind-the-scenes video on her channel: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-hrJzN9mjEe8.html
Awesome. I think Patreon made a good choice in picking Ali, and I'm glad Jazza and Mark got in on things, if only to a small degree. I think Ali made some wise choices, and shows off her knowledge and skill in her choice of piece to recreate and how to use to tools she had to get the result desired. For other challenges, I think Colin Furze would be down to try almost anything, and would bring a lot of energy into whatever it is. But, he's kinda in the middle of a major project just now, not sure would want to take on an additional project. Or maybe he would like to focus on something else for a few days, I don't know. Tom Scott could bring a massive background spanning multiple fields to any project, but he's stepped back very recently, and he certainly deserves the break. Red from Overly Sarcastic Productions has a wide range of knowledge and skills, though suspect wants to remain at least semi-anonymous. Does occur to me I'm thinking of future projects as 'make a thing using limited and atypical media'. But I'm not sure what other challenges could be done that would make for interesting videos. Work an unusual job for a day/week? Give an unprepared talk on an obscure topic, take a day to research, then critique your own talk, now in a position of at least some knowledge. Perform an everyday task while hindered: vacuum a living room blindfolded. Drive an obstacle course with ear plugs. Make breakfast wearing thick gloves. Show off/review a cool new thing not yet available to the general public. Try a thing that is outside your skillset. Train with a professional. Try again, and compare. Go to some location with no particular points of interest, try to make an interesting video about the place. Even if the video about the place is dull, the video of the trying might be interesting. Sit in front of a camera, and talk for an hour. No topic, no theme, just show us where your mind wanders when it roams free.
Go, Ali! Go, Ali! Go, Ali! GO ALI! I hadn't known Patreon also created content, and I'm absolutely delighted you picked Ali Spagnola to kick off this series. Well done, one and all!
That's actually really impressive for 3 or 4 days work! Given how much her aim improved over the days of "arting" I can't help but wonder how more refined and detailed she could have gotten with more time. So cool!
