Great video bro ! But question on your monitor you have a bottom on the side for me I don’t have any bottoms(I have also ASUS monitor) so I can’t change the monitor settings to 120hz/higher as I don’t have a button to control the setting page like you. Is there any other way around it ?
The newest version that’s out even tho I had to get a new(due to the first one I got was factory faults) so now I have a button on the underside everything works only thing is I can’t actively the HDR in the menu system of the monitor (it’s connected to my ps5) because I wanna get 120hz but it’s stuck on 60hz(and no I don’t have a computer unfortunately)
Thanks! Yiu can check out Andoer Q160H. It has 5kg load capacity and is horizontal mount capable. Or you can check Manfrotto Be Free Advance, a bit pricey, but worth it. This is what Im currently using.
Im still using it with my laptop. But I had to dismantle it to clean the switches. Some of the glide feet are no longer straight, but its still useable.
Can you enable the HDR on the console? If not, its hard to enable it on this monitor. This monitor makes the HDR setting active if it detects HDR input. So you have to enable HDR on the console first
Dude! I have owned and used this monitor for 2 years and never used HDR! I assumed it was not available. Quickly followed your advise and it is like I owned a better new monitor. I am just thankful I found your video. May you be blessed, many times over. You are the man :)
Fantastic review. As an engineer, I would have reviewed these exact points. You have answered all my questions. I am also upgrading from the Fenix 3HR, I have had this device and it is still running after 10 years. Amazing technology.
If I would put one on a drinking cut and put some tee in it and a sugar piece, could it mixing up the stuff if I would play music on it. 🤔 🤗 Would be useful to mix other stuff also and listen to music. 🤔 🤗
@@brunopistelli_ it is. But I got used to its size since I previously owned a Fenix 3 which is about the same size. It you think its too big for you,myou can check out the 47 and 42mm versions.

I hope someone can help me. I accidentally turned on HDR by pressing something on my keyboard. I was able to "turn off" HDR on my windows, but my monitor won't let me turn off HDR. My monitor is a VG27A Asus Monitor. All the other options are greyed out from the menu.
Turn on the HDR settings in windows. This will enable the HDR settings of your monitorwhich you can now turn off. After this you can safely turn off the HDR settings in windows. As mentioned in the video, this monitor enables the HDR settings only if it detects an HDR signal. Since you have accidentally turned it off, the HDR settings was disabled in your monitor, hence its greyed out.
Haha. Sorry for the confusion. What I meant was I experienced some iasues with the unit when scanning finger prints of older people. Most of the time ir couldnt recognize my moms finger prints, she almost always ends up using the PIN instead. Thanks man!
You can turn it on in the settings, external displays, turn on HDR. Im not sure though if you can just turn it on or the mac needs to detect an HDR display. If its the latter, then you cannot turn it on since the HDR settings in the Asus Monitor is only enabled when it detects HDR input
