you said to make sure the voltage is the same, but what about wattage? my strip lights are 50 watts, so do I need at least 50 watts for the transformer, or should it also be exact? Thanks!
What if you have two sets of output wires? Do you just connect to one of them and leave the other one alone or does it need to be in some kind of series?

Being able to make white with RGB, apart from being super-obvious and shilling for the GL, entirely misses the point of RGBWs, that of producing a more natural light by using white LEDs' full(ish) spectrum to fill in the gaps between the very narrow spectral bands of RGBs that create unnatural colours.
Sure, the white color made by RGBs is not as natural as the real white LEDs. This just wants to show there is a function or a method to have 3 kinds of very similar white from RGB.
It's because the light has dim down during the filming. The light will blink under the lower voltage input. Then the blink can be detected by the camera. But it won't be seen with human eyes.
Sorry for the late reply. At first, you need to know the power consumption of the strip light you have. Then calculate the total power needed as "strip light power consumption x length x 1.2".
