Wheels have threads but holes don't. How can you screw it in? Forcing in wheels may damage. Please advise.

I have and love it. If don't make sure it is draining it can stop working. Every once in a while I'll have to suck on the house to drain it just till it runs. Don't run on too cold of a setting or it will freeze up. I had to buy a new hose because the exhaust house what trash.

i reccomend the winex 5500 twice the size for only twenty dollars more i have two of them, my sister-in-law bought me this based on amazon hype. the winex will suck the chrome off a trailor hitch. thse things just suck save your money get a winex

Hate this ac. Sadly the warranty ran out and im stuck with it. My windows are old style and i live alone and no one to help. My room without the fan is 100 degrees. I sleep with a fan on and wet towels on my head. Since i have no one to help i gave up. I feel gypped.

Ma'ma you need to hold down the button for 7 seconds. You held it down for 3. You count to 7 but you counted to 7 in 3.8 seconds. The second time you only pressed it down for 2.84 seconds. I timed you. I pressed the button on mine until it beeped 3 times and the light stop flashing. It took about 7 real seconds.

My hose connectors won’t twist when I lined them and tried to twist up to install. They won’t twist and lock. So far I can’t find what I’m doing wrong. The book shows little drawings and details. I want to see how people installed the insulation strips on their window. Those drawings are not very clear either. 🤷🏻‍♀️
