Hey jimmy, thanks for the video! I have about 25k to leverage, but only a couple items listed so far. Would this method be good for us to do despite not having a lot of arbitrage products currently? Or would you recommend keeping at it trying to find arbitrage products using RA and OA?
I use extensions that constantly check the quantity of goods in the basket, for all sellers on the listing, and so I know exactly how the goods are sold, the exact quantity
Great video Jimmy, thanks for new ideas and ways to source. In the 90’s I worked for a label company in Atlanta, selling vinyl shelf marking exclusively to grocery stores. Shaw’s was one of my customers and they had a strong customer following (similar to Publix in FL).
So I just started this program and so far so good. This is my 1st time using a re-pricer. I don't have much inventory uploaded to Amazon yet but sales have started to happen on the few items that I currently have for sale and I'm confident that as my inventory stock and variety increases, this program should work out great for me and I look forward to graduating out of it and onto a professional plan in the days ahead. Thanks Jimmy for info like this!
It IS NOT winning the lottery, it's your money the state seized illegally. Using commision based bounty hunters to deem accounts ABANDONED. Of course they will say account is ABANDONED, they get a commission!
Thank you for all of your videos with excellent information. I do have a question… on the kickstart program does a coach actually make the process faster and is it worth having a coach?
Having someone can absolutely help. However if the cost for coaching limits your ability to buy products due to capital, then avoid coaching until the funds are available for you. If you have plenty of capital, then a coach will help speed up the process
So what do you do when they have a wholesale section, but they have a do not sell to people who sell on Amazon, ebay, walmart, etc? Every company that I find that offers wholesale, all refuse to allow wholesale accounts for ecommers.
I received a letter from an attorney saying that I have unclaimed funds from a repossession of a car that I owned. I was curious if you thought this was legitimate?
The QIKFINDS software is requesting access to edit my products on my Amazon account. Why is that? Also I can't find a direct email to their support to ask them. Can you please answer this? Or provide their email address. Thanks
Yes it can definitely help with that, there may be some mismatches, but you should be able to analyze that much quicker with the tool than trying to do it individually
Jimmy, so okay I can find good products on Keepa Product Finder, but now WHERE do I look for those products at a price to get a profit? My problem is where to find the products to sell.
That wasn't part of the order price for the product though, the shipping isn't included in my "sale" price for FBA since that's not my revenue, that would be Amazon's. If it were FBM then that would make a difference
I would love to learn the proper, practical ,correct information to become a finder in ohio but starting just in my county .do I need to be certified for county only
No? I'm not sure what you're referencing. If you are asking me, no I'm way beyond those metrics. If you are asking about monetizing a RU-vid channel, then you need 1,000 subscribers and 4k hours of watch time to be able to do that
What if Amazon requests a TC on a product that doesn't have it?? I am so confused... I thought they only ask if the product you are sending in ALREADY has one or "Should have one" to prove it is a legit item. But what happens if it's a legit item (sourced from a reputable store) but it doesn't have a TC barcode, what then? I was watching your whole video to see if that question came up but you didn't really address that issue. Where would someone go to "get" a TC label, because isn't it supposed to be affixed by the original manufacturer?? Sorry, the video actually made it more confusing to me. The reason is, if anyone can go get a TC label from off the internet wouldn't that defeat the purpose of it's security? I thought that the TC barcode is like an authentication technology or barcode direct from the manufacturer, why would they ask a reseller to put one on a legit item that never was manufactured with one???
Yes it's supposed to be put on there by the brand. If it's not on there, then you can't send in the item to Amazon if the ASIN requires one to be on there. No one can go and just get a TC. If it's not on there and Amazon requires it, then you either have an older product from before they were manufactured with a TC, you have a counterfeit product, or you have a brand that is breaking Terms of Service on Amazon with the TCs
@@AskJimmySmith ok, thanks for clarifying. I guess that's the main takeaway if it doesn't have a TC code, but Amazon requires one you can't send it in, period.
Not as an affiliate unless you want to see the best selling or most consistently selling items on Keepa. You could also use it to see items that have a high amount of reviews or increasing reviews
Stop gaslighting these people. Amazon is over for sellers. The replen model is dying. Testing replens had a negative impact on my account health. All these and many more dealbreaker problems popped up. No way to ungate the most popular profitable brands, crazy fees. That was before the announcement of amazon's Temu . Amazon selling on Amazon will only increase. The $hits over buddy. The Temu thing is its death rattle for small arbitrage sellers. Im an electrician by trade and this side hustle is a time and money vortex. Ive already DBA'd my Amazon business into electrical and have dwarfed my profits with a service based business and it just started. Get off your a$$ and get out in the sun. This whole house of cards is coming down.
Every account will be different, the one I used to personally go through over 1,000 brands actually returned these 300+ that worked for that account. I've seen varying success. If you are a brand new seller and you haven't activated a professional account yet, then that will severely limit you. If you have poor feedback or no feedback, then that will as well.
Here's my response in English and then I used a translator in Spanish so I apologize if it's wrong at all: Becoming a prep center in the USA involves several steps. First, ensure you have a suitable space for receiving, inspecting, and shipping products. You’ll need to comply with local zoning and business regulations, so check with your local authorities in Philly. Next, set up the necessary equipment and systems for efficient operations, such as shelving, packaging materials, and a barcode system. Then, reach out to potential clients, like Amazon sellers, through networking or online platforms. Finally, provide excellent service to build your reputation and grow your business.
It depends on the business but Aura is a super advanced repricer, they just have a pricing plan for new sellers so they can grow with them. Aura is what I use in my business now
I would personally look to getting started if you have the finances for it. Even if you're gated in some items, you still can save those leads in Replen Dashboard or something similar to come back to later once you are ungated. But it all comes down to how much capital you have. If you are low on capital, then I'd wait to do this until you build up a good reserve and can afford it
Yes and no. Many sellers scale with OA replens to over $100k per month. But many also fail at it. It comes down to determination and being able to push through some growing pains.
There's always a risk if done improperly. The important thing is to follow Amazon's terms of service for bundle listings and what qualifies as a branded bundle that you're allowed to sell on. You always need to add value to the bundle with your unique item and can't just put in cheap products that add nothing to the listings.
Replenishable items to you. So you buy 5 of an item, you sell those 5 and then you replenish another 5 to send to Amazon. They are things you can buy over and over again.
Great stuff!! The good news with all changes / challenges is that the shoppers are still shopping and sellers who are unwilling to do a bit more work are hopping off… leaving room for the rest of us!
