My names is Johannes and I'm a folkmusician based in the metropolis of Sweden. On this channel I present mostly traditional or vintage music like Folk, Country, Bluegrass, Old-time, Irish, Celtic, Americana, Jazz, Worldmusic and Blues among other genres. The folkmusic has become a big passion for me and I love exploring all the instrument that comes with the music and the different cultures. I started playing the guitar when I was about 15 years old but later picked up other instruments like: Banjo, Mandolin, Irish Bouzouki, Mandola and Harmonica. Although I love lots of different music I seem to have immersed myself mostly in Appalachian music from the U.S. and play something called Clawhammer Banjo, which is a very early style of Banjo.
