I made these today, paying very close attention to the direction and they make my school really small and bruise my pinky toe. Really disappointed and sad as these were not cheap and my expectations were very high.
Hi @dance5845! Thanks for giving PerfectFit a try! We have a great customer support team, and would love to help understand about your molding experience. Please send us a note and pictures at info@perfectfitpointe.com, and we look forward to helping you.
I am sure these work for a lot of dancers, which is great but it was not very useful for my second toe which is longer, was more painful than with normal padding even though I carefully followed all the instructions and watched videos, in fact I am quite 😢 as they are not cheap …. This is my experience and hopefully they will work for others as this is a clever idea. What I am trying now is to add padding to my big toe so that it becomes the same length as the second toe, in order for the weight (as I am 179cm tall) to be distributed more evenly, and will try your mould on my second foot with this. Fingers crossed
Can confirm. I wear a half a jar on one foot and a third of a jar on another. There is almost nothing on the bottoms for mine and I still feel the floor
I can't believe I had no idea about this partnership between one of my favorite ballerinas and my favorite pointe shoe insert company until now! It's great to hear Svetlana speak English too!
I have really wide tapered toes with the big toe being the longest. I just ordered these because I’m fed up with the amount of pain I get at the outer corner of my big toe where the nail ends. It usually stings so bad that it feels like I’m either get poke with a needle or dancing on knifes. The pain is the same as stubbing my toe accept it doesn’t go away because I have to stay up en pointe and roll through. My question is since I get so much pain in that area would I mold the insert the same way that someone with a long second toe would?
do you guys reckon the putty itself would work as orthopaedic inserts in regular footwear? custom podiatry supports are so expensive and dont even solve all of my problems; always have to settle on a compromise somewhere and I'm tired
Just done mine today. Having always used animal wool, ouch pouches.....basically anything in there. I can confirm they are AMAZING. An amazing idea filling the negative space in the shoe. Easy to use. Definitely buy again xx
I meant to thank you guys!!! After I got your toe pads my feet stopped hurting! My blisters went away and I can dance a 4 hours (or more) without pain Thanks perfect fit! 😊
Es tan lindo ver bailar clásico pero si te lastima tanto tanto y te aprietan tanto las puntas... no debe ser para nada saludable. Supongo q llegada a una edad no quedas bien ...
Dancers feet have to be strong and flexible. Their feet are not disfigured. They are strong so that they can dance easier and less painfully. Their feet are perfect for ballet!

Aw so you’re not standing on just your toes after all 🤔
Yes and no. Point shoes also have a box which is hard and structured so you don't hurt your toes with all your weight this is to fill out the box where your toes go because a square foot is ideal but toes naturally slope.
