As someone from an Asian country, I think you have it the wrong way around - people don't care here about how badly we get pronounce foreign names - the importance of putting importance on this is not a traditional human quality. In the next episode of "Star Wars: DEI Investigations Unit" twin sisters Mae and Osha merge to form Moesha (special guest: Brandy) who then uses the Force to hold men in place whilst she makes them listen to intergalactic feminist TedTalks. Really though they supposedly go into 'the Force is female' in episodes three and four but I'll await your review of those though I wouldn't blame you if you stopped after episode two. As a pretty left leaning guy, it's dumb asf if they decide to censor Bleach, especially when the Blood War has been so good cause it didn't need to censor anything like Studio Pierrot did on the original run. I don't think it's got anything to do with woke, as much as it's yet another rehash of those network companies that want to gentrify anything they can get their hands on to make it more marketable or adhere to traditional family values cause they're scared that people that watch anything even slightly edgy will "make them violent and murderers". First it was american cartoons they went at, then videogames, and now anime... Hopefully Netflix or some other company manages to get Bleach a new contract, cause damn bruh, I'm kinda worried that the good hope I've had for this arc is gonna do a Star Wars on me. To be completely honest, I kinda don't know what to think about Disney dipping into anime. There's people saying that it's a good thing, but there's people who say it's a bad thing. With so many different conversations on the topic, it's hard for me to form an opinion one way or another.
I would say the best way to determine the future is by looking at the past. Do you think Disney has been a good steward of the properties they have aquired and the fans of the properties? If yes, then you have nothing to worry about, but if no, then it could be a problem.
Considering the hot water Disney is in right at this very moment, I'd be very concerned if I were you... especially after the whole incidents involving Giselle and Yoruichi.

My first text was to MBJ who is of course a black actor who wasn’t given an original black horse to ride, (ie) an original script. Not only is he taking this white horse,(Hercules) but now is also subjecting himself to the obvious criticism for doing so rather than accepting a an original script made for him. These positions showing black actors in former white role is a sad road to take IMO, and if new actors keep taking them, we’ll never seen newer black actors in originals ready to replace yesterdays greats with better tomorrow greats. The writer/director, Kobi Libii, has a white mom and is married to a white woman, so maybe the audience is black people who are around white people too much, lol! At the end of the movie (I've not seen it; going off plot summaries) Aren's actions shut down the magical society, right, which according to the premise means they can't calm down white folks which is then bad news for black people. So, I can't tell who the plot is worse to - white people by depicting them as likely violent racists, or black people, whom the movie leaves to become victims of abuse.

Despite that fact, African-Americans are primarily BLACK. When do we get to see the trial records? I want to know what the jury saw in detail. Majors's lawyers didn't impress me much, and I'm betting court records will show them messing up a bit.
