Me too, I can’t figure out what the 2 white smears she added at the beginning are. Hope it wasn’t Mayo!!!

There’s only one Caesar salad. Anything with added or substituted ingredients may make a delicious salad, but it won’t be the classic Caesar. Bacon bits? Mayo? NO NO NO! Call it someth8ng else. When I order a tableside Caesar, I would send it back if it wasn’t authentic.

In this VDO, it is a la carte, cost around 3,000 THB for 1 person. Actually, it depend on number of order and kind of ingredient 😊 Normally, average cost is 2,000 THB per person for a la carte, I think. However, there is a set menu, but I cannot remember its price (maybe 1000 THB). It worthy to try, all ingredients are excellent grade, they were selected by chef who has 40 years experience 😊No regret 👍 P.S. There is Omakase course.
