At this point nobody knows. I will take a personal wild guess and say 3 to 4 months from now. It all depends on how quickly they iron out all the bugs.
One hell of a neat plane! Is it a good one / worth its price? Always looking for new stuff to fly around! And are you using the premium voice models for beyondATC or are these the free ones?
Hey thanks for your comment. I am using free voices (with local accents ON) unless specified in description. I have only done one or two videos with premium voices and without traffic. As for this plane, I love it, and I highly recommend it if you love flipping switches and buttons this is the plane to get. However, hold your horses as there is the BAe RJ coming most probably within a month or two at the most (my guess). It has a more modern cockpit with PFD and ND. Here is more info on it: www.justflight.com/in-development/rj-professional . I plan on buying it as soon as it comes out so watch out for that in the near future.
Aaaa the Intercity train right?? Brussels is a EU conection hub i think... also Brussels South Charleoi is Ryanairs airport and k. Recent years, expanded to other Airlines and some cargo.
Probably why I took long to stop! Simbrief gave me that runway initially, but I agree BATC should have given me opposite side. After I recorded this video, we had this in last patch: "Fixed some low wind ops values that could lead to arriving and departing in opposite directions." One of the plans for this software is to have real world runway ops that will be updated by community.
@@ZetaAquilaeSimulations Not even that. RW24 is only used when the wind is at least 9 knots from westerly direction and even then it is up to pilots discretion whether they want to land on 31R with crosswind instead. I did the exact thing today and opted for the crosswind because I didn't want to used Autobrake 3 and risk a long turnaround because of hot brakes. The flight was already delayed over an hour from previous legs. Strong easterly winds that warrant using 06 virtually never happen at Cologne. It will happen once in winter or late autumn, but never in the Summer months. I also did not see you make any landing calculations nor did you set up your VREF speeds prior to landing.
Aerosoft yes been a long time I got it but about a year ago this airport came out in City Update 4 for free and is very good almost as good as Aerosoft one. I'm thinking twice about getting new airports to see what MSFS 2024 comes with out of the box.
Don't worry the pressure horn will yell at me when I get up to cruise. lol. I get so twisted in my head because on the BAe 146 which I fly more often you need to leave PACK air running on APU as you take off and only turn on bleed from engine once you are in climb.
so how is traffic so far? do they follow same runway and taxiways or they are coming on you? the atc tells you to hold or tell others to hold or wait for departure because others are in front of you? how realistic is it? ty
The answer to all of your questions is yes. I will try to record something today showing this. Sometimes there isn’t much traffic and other times there is plenty. I’ll see if I can do a pushback when I see allot of planes also pushing back. Stay tuned to this channel. 🙂
Do you need to alter some settings in msfs for the traffic injection to work properly with BATC, like turning msfs atc off, or alter settings for ai planes. Or is it just plug and play and no worries.
This is what msfs has been missing (good atc w/traffic). I know there is Vatsim, but there is something about the convenience and ability to pause etc in single player that really has been missing. Excited to try this out soon.
I completely agree. Vatsim and the other online networks are wonderful but in my case I often need to be away from the computer during a flight and even pause. This one feature has made it possible to enjoy proper ATC and no matter where you are flying in the world 24/7. I did not hesitate to buy the supporter package to incentivize the developers even if I have to put up with plenty of bugs and crashes at this early stage.
@@ZetaAquilaeSimulations Yeah I plan to buy the same package. I just am not flying right now (on a break). When I get back to it, this addon will be the first thing I buy👍
Did you speed up the replay? Just asking cos it looked like a rather fast approach speed for the A319. Nice job, though. I've shared with a friend who's keen to get into Msfs2020.
This plane (the developer) reminds me of DreamFleet 727 for FS9. Also what flap settings was that, one full down, one down but i think leading edge maybe was out of position?
At landing, I used full flaps (40) or maybe you were referring to the "droop flap"? The 727 is similar to the 747 in that respect. The current flight model is wrong as the pitch is negative on landing. The developers are aware of this and expect to have a fix.
@@ZetaAquilaeSimulations I see. Great the dev is aware - thats a good sign! If you look at the top flap gauge @1:25:22 you see what I mean? Its showing two separate units on top and bottom flap gauge. Thats what I meant.
@KristofferThorsheim Ah yes I think that bug was fixed. The indicators would not move in sync with actual flap positions. I’ll have to fly 727 again to check.
