Please dont rely on that just pao and poe. Please try the "bonda" with other items such as just our regular patal bhaji or salad bhaji, moving to calva bhaji etc. The mixture will surprise you.
Hi Lesley & Maria!! I would just like to ask you that when you say the fish, or anything else, is fried to perfection, what exactly do you mean? Is it the crispiness, the consistency of the meat (tender, soft, firm, etc) or a combination that you are referring to. That would help me understand how they do their meats because I prefer my protein moist and tender, particularly with beef (medium rare). At the rate you're both going, it's is going to be very difficult to cover all these places for a person that visits once a year or two. I'm going to have to be very selective... Anyway, thanks again for all the effort both of you put in. BTW, rechead tandoori!!!! That sounds good. With pork (and garlic pods and green chillies between the marinated pork pieces on the skewers) I think that will be fabulous. It may work for tuna too, minus the garlic though...
Hi Michael, so here we have a fetish for crisp fried fish along with the fish curry rice. There is a light batter of semolina on the fish. The semolina should be crisp and the fish should be soft inside. That's what we mean by perfect frying. We are super intrigued by the rechead tandoori and cafreal tandoori and will try it soon
