will the recordings be saved as well in your desktop even when you're the participant and not the host. i started the recording, so i thought it will be saved on my laptop
For those who aren't able to find "App passwords" Had the same issue as Google's always amending their security. You will have to go into the accounts section as per the video however instead of looking of the setting you'd have to manually search for it on the top left in the "Search google account" box. search and select "Apps password" . It will then take you to a screen allowing you To create a new app-specific password. You will have to type in a name of an app (Doesn't really matter what you name it) thereafter click on create, Once done you'll see a pop with an auto generated password, This will be the password you will have to use. And i also noticed that you don't have to manually sign into outlook with your email address and mail configs, You can sign in automatically as long as you fill in the auto generated google password as your email password.

Just realizing how cute wonderful and talented this guy was, I really wished he had been in war movies and work more. I’m sorry to see that he’s gone. I wish we had been able to give him his flowers while he was here and I like Tony Dow, get a watch beginning to White, leave it to Beaver nothing Tony Dow wish you were still here

I am looking for Google to host our email. We currently use Outlook 2019, and it is setup as POP3. I would like to continue to use POP3 and not have to use Google Workspace Sync (GWSMO). I don’t need to synchronize calendars or anything else from the local machine to Gmail. Calendars & contacts will only reside on the local machine within Outlook. I only want email to be downloaded to an existing profile on Outlook from Gmail. My question pertains to the Less Secure Apps portion that will eventually be shut down in Autumn 2024 with the implementation of OAuth. Is this something that will affect me if I still want to use POP3 within Outlook? I read that I can still setup Outlook as a POP3 if I have 2-Step verification enabled and I use password generated with App Passwords instead of my regular password.
Fantastic, thanks for the explanation. This is the best advice for setting up Gmail email accounts onto your Outlook. Works as far back as Outlook 2010, not sure beyond that.

Many thanks! I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Your video did the trick. In my case, I had 2-step verification activated already. So, I redid only the second step by creating and using the 16-character, one-off, in-app password. Voila! Thanks again.
What if it's chrome managed by your company? if you delete the work profile will they still have access to your browser if you sign in using your personal Chrome account?
Thank you! I'd already set this up ages ago but recently bought a new laptop and couldn't find the original app password or how to change it but your video helped me find what I needed and all is working well now.
