Bro wassup i would highly suggest doing it yourself. You save a ton of money and is fairly easy. I would do it but is not a perfect job, it looks good but is not perfect and some ppl are way too picky and perfectionist and this is not that. Whenever i bring the car to Miami for the next meet we could link up so you could see exactly how it looks in person.
Supper clean and inspirational. Getting my mr2 back from paint next week. Cant wait to reassemble it and start fixing up more things. 2GR swap in the near future. Time to save up for more funds for that. Love seeing your build progress.
Putting lambo/vertical doors on my mr2 at the minute i know its RICE or so ppl but i lik them but like you said u do u thats y i like ur vids, wouldnt recomend it tho, its alot of work just lik u but ill get ther, hears hoping 😅😅😅

Was thinking like you said , If I have low budget money just do a k serious turbo engine. planning to keep the car forever. And pass it down to my son. hey bro thanks for the support!!!!! but yeah 6k for a rebuild is way too much and definitely not worth it. but yes ill save up till I have I enough for a kswap or if you wanna ride and want to take things slow you could always swap in a replacement motor for a few hundred bucks and drive it in the meantime till you save up for the kswap.
I had a trunk mount intercooler with a mount bracket which is what am using for the rear. My guess you will most likely have to install it somewhere were that metal shield is located right on top of the exhaust
I'm glad mine was easy but i had to get rid of a bunch of wires that were there attached to the switch panel i had which looked sick but man nothing beats having radio!!

Hey man thanks for the support. Those are the bomex mirrors on my brown Mr2. I got em from another Mr2 owner a while back. You could google them as there are a few vendors selling them!!!! Just stay away from JPFibershop but You could also get them from ebay.
If you are only going as far as the defroster vents than sure you could do it without removing the windshield but it wont look as good but if you are okay with that then go for it
Hey man, is there some kind of o-ring under the boot to keep trans oil from getting out through that hole (the hole where the shaft comes out and attaches to the shift lever)? I'm trying to convert a FWD case to fit an MR2 and not sure what kind of seal i should put in there when I install the shaft
Hey bro hope all is well From what i remember there isnt any hole or any O-ring underneath the boot itself. But if you look closely you will notice the boot has like a ring shape attached to the boot itself on each end that will prevent any fluid coming out. primemr2.com/products/e153-transmission-shift-selector-dust-boot
