I went there last weekend which was opening weekend in Toronto. It was so fun and enjoyable. I spent way too much time there, playing all the arcade games from my childhood days of 90s. And you said it well, it is an escape from life. A throwback to simpler times :)
That is so cool, especially that u worked on it! I did the event when it was at the Grove, most of the settings are the same there as in New York as well. New York also had that walk in shop event. I even went to the Drive through experience.I'm in Los Angeles.I can't wait for vol 2!

Hi, I have a question. What is the difference between regular and VIP pass? Like, what benefits does the VIP give, is the VIP pass basically that you can for example participate in tests or “unlock your powers” and the regular pass is just watching or even regular pass gets to interact?
The only benefit is you get to cut the line with no wait plus you get a free drink and surprise merch items. You still do the same experience as everyone else.
I was sad to not be able to record the actual experience, but you basically got to go through different sets as if you were one of the numbers with special powers being tested in the lab. Then some really crazy things start to happen with the upside down that involved 3D glasses! It even featured some of the cast in their season 4 looks. I definitely recommend going if you're a fan of the show!

There was some VR stuff involved that may be a bit intense, but overall it’s a very fun and exciting immersive experience. I don’t believe anyone with anxiety/ claustrophobia would have a problem.
It's great to hear the reaction of someone who worked on the show (and is also a fan)! I work for the company who builds the sets for the experience and sadly have yet to see the completed thing up and running.
