Yakuza 1’s combat is way more impactful and looks cooler IMO, only because there arent so many effects, and the actors dont stand out way more than the environments they’re in.

One of the first things I did when I got 0 (I think it was 2022?) was to go straight to the mahjong parlor as soon as it was available. I've loved riichi mahjong since I got into it in 2020.
I dont know how to feel about this games. In one hand I adore the concept to take charge of child education and take care about her, looking how she growns up, and start to have hobbies, friends a job... and then we have the "other part" of the game, the Woody Allen part, it just have 0 sense for me, whats the point of this? If you want a sexy forbidden erotic story, ok, fine, go to that, but the game really wants that you make the best choices for her future, and really take care of she, the ero part just... I dont know ruins all the cutec child story vibes for me?
Anyway looking for a good game of this genre on steam, look up Volcano Princess. It's longer than most PM games (about 10 hours) but has alot of the same gameplay and many different endings. I enjoyed it alot.
This is my first time stumbling upon a site such as this. I've been finding a lot of these "mini-level-horror games," but I can't focus too well as I used to and I don't want to disturb anyone - or anything.
I really feel like Princess Maker 3 might have better gameplay than 2 but I can't get past the graphics. Like why is she in front view while the room is top down? it makes me feel ill. Why is the interface so cluttered and illegible? I dunno how to get past it.
I totally agree with you and apart from that, the endings of PM3 are another problem for me. PM2 endings are more complete and you can get your daughter to have any career ending and marriage at the same time however, in PM3 and PM5 is not possible for some reason T_T
I just started the series never played the original but kiwami are so much fun about to finish kiwami 2 and move on the the 3 game ive played 0, K1, and K2 so far
JFC the endings to these chapters are stressing me the fuck out. In Undertale and in both chapters so far it's like getting a puppy to play with before the person who gave it to you suddenly pulls out a baseball bat and splatters its brains against the wall. Man, I really, *really* fucking hope that this years update arrives with three new chapters like they've been indicating
After waiting so long for a ps5 version or a patch for kiwami 2, I finally decided to play it and finish it. I expected a lot from this game. But it turned out to be the worst yakuza game I've played so far. Not because of framerate, but overall lack of offering something new. It's like they copied 0, and introduced some mechanics I didn't care for at all. I played a lot of side quests, and most of them were boring. And the missions as well were like fighting tournament's. That are for some reason become very grindy at one point. The only thing new in kiwami 2 is the construction mission. But I didn't care for it one bit. Even though it featured Majima. And the storyline also didn't make much sense. It was for me by far the worst storyline. Having multiple antagonists but not really having a single true antagonist. The blond guy was too easy. Terada was easy as well. But neither are truly antagonistic. And the 3rd guy you don't even fight but he dies in the cutscene. Also the game is like soap opera for the most part. Which I wasn't a fan off.
I've heard speak about Kris being the Knight, but that was Chara pulling Kris's soul out of his body forcefully. Also that was Chara's knife. So Chara is the KNIGHT! (Mind-Blowing-Explosion)
i'll think about this advice if i do this sort of thing again; the secret is that i absolutely hate audio mixing and bgm especially lmao. im never really sure what im doing with background tracks, and these projects take so much effort and time even without them -- by the time i get to music im like ughhhh nooo. but you're absolutely right, music would add something more. i just gotta buckle down and face it. 💪
@@Tiritiribobiri yeah. I honestly think sound effects and fitting music from horror games and animal crossing games in general would make the story more engaging. Rather than slapping a generic creepy music like most creepypasta channels.
@@Tiritiribobiri unless… I can actually… add the music for you. I can always add more sound effects to make most of the dramatic moments from the story more impactful.
