If youre fast twitch dominant you can't expect to be getting anywhere close to 6 reps on multiple sets with only 1 min rest with a 6RM. What was your logic?
@@julesbruchez-outperformtra2020 thank you for the immediate response sir .. i was curious is this style of training good cause this is very rare to my knowledge i have seen max people doing different traditional style
You can if you want. Typically it would be better if you’re going to training Chest twice a week to hit it from different angles on the different sessions. But if you want to do everything at one time in one session, go forward. The true progress is going to come from the progressive overload.
So the difference between the soft and black and soft is that the fabric Is black on the inside when it wears out is that what thag means bit confusing so say if you got a key or knife and tore through the belt if you got the soft white would come out is that correct? Would the soft not be cooler as when it decays white fabric would come out which shows how long you have it for I.e mastery the more white the belt the longer the practitioner has practised the art
I’m not sure what your are saying are asking, I’m sorry The belt is softer than a stiff belt that you can get from them. It’s not large but bigger than a standard belt I think I have had the belt now for over 3 years and it’s still holding up no problem.
@@themartialartist1929 thanks for your question. I think the lengths are on the website mine was custom. The reason why I like their belt is because every single thing could be customized. I think I got my belt at 115 inches but I may have put 114 inches and I’m wearing an A3
Okay thanks You bring up a very good point. 1. Most beginners will be able too because they are not efficient at muscle recruitment 2. Advanced lifters will normally fail using a 8 rep max when using percentages 3. I was wrong and should have stated what I said above also including that you should be using auto regulations between sets. 4. It will also depend on your Neuro Type. 5. Combing #4 with steroids it would still work. 6. Overall I should have been more specific and said to use a 10 rm. Thank you
@@mdd1963 this video doesn’t explain neurological types. That’s why it happens. Increase the rest by 5 sec on every set. Also make sure it’s technical rep max
Well what’s the goal? If size go for 3 weeks then switch to 3 weeks of 4 x 8 then rotate back to 6x6. You can then follow up with 1-2 weeks of 4 x 12 after two rotations of what I said above
@@julesbruchez-outperformtra2020 That is a big help. I thought I'd have to stay on the same program for a couple months. I'm gonna start today. Thanks for responding so quickly.
I’m going teach class tomorrow I will do it for you. It’s lasted NO Problem. Lost a little color because I washed one time which was a bit of disappointment but overall VERY legit
My Vo2 max was 58 but now it's 57 because I'm not training rigorously as i used to train earlier. Male, 24 from India 🇮🇳. My Garmin was showed Vo2 max to be 57 and when I used your method to calculate it, the value was 57.6 i mean this formula is cool, pretty reliable.
That’s OK everybody’s going to fluctuate. Every athlete including myself will have the best scores during competition but you cannot stay at that level you’re around. Just like you can’t train for speed year-round you cannot train for pure conditioning you around. You will always have peaks and valleys. Plus it’s a one point drop that’s hardly a variable change. Keep up the good work keep believing in yourself
I'm actually in the market for a new blue belt. I'm torn between Eosin Panther and Kataaro. Have you ever owned an Eosin Panther belt? If so I'd love to hear your thoughts. I'm wanting a belt that will last me awhile lol I've heard the transmission from blue belt to purple is one of the longest and hardest ones
@@miriamherrera940 Absolutely no problem. This would be a good edition to your diet if trying to lose weight. The higher your protein consumption is the better your results will be…. Well at least quicker. Eat you LBM in protein every day. If that’s hard use this to help supplement the intake
Thank you I will make those videos for you. Also please share and subscribe, my channels do have longer videos. Go to Jules Bruchez - The Art of Grappling for longer videos
