I think, (rather its just my personal beliefe) that demons, the demons, are not evil. They are just broken. Lost souls who have led themselves astay for (I hate to say it) only God knows. But its that which makes them so horrible. They are just broken. They just wanted (from what I heard) to not have to bow to humans, which is understandable. And for that they where punished by God. But WE prolonged and made them suffer. We preserved that knoledge or opinion for ages, passing it down and down until it aas rooted into everyone's mind that they where evil. Imagine what type of effect that has to have oj someone. Evwn id they are evil its hard not to feel bad for them.

Oh my god it’s been years since I listened to the original song. I thing the last time I listened to it was when I was in high school almost 6 years ago. But I have to admit this version is better.
