The Bathurst 12 Hour, currently known as the RepcoBathurst 12 Hour, is an endurance race for GT and production cars held at the Mount Panorama Circuit, in Bathurst, Australia.
It is an annual race, taking place every February. The race was first held in 1991 for Series Production cars and moved to Sydney's Eastern Creek Raceway in 1995 before being discontinued. The race was revived in 2007, again for production cars, before adding a new class for GT3 and other GT cars in 2011. This has led to unprecedented domestic and international exposure for the event. In all, eighteen races have taken place; seventeen at Mount Panorama and one at Eastern Creek Raceway.
Preferred the 019 colour scheme on the Porsche than this one, Is Matt a Kiwi,or an Aus,just heard the commentator say young Kiwi, But in 019 race,he was called a young Aus,I remember he raced in a, Kiwi backed Porsche back then with the Black and Silver fern over the back,
My first 20 minutes i just watched car going in barrier or spining and others following safety car. Other than this i didn't see any passing move or anything in first half of this video. Or how the 912 car gained lead again after the penalty
For me , I get way more enjoyment watching this type of Racing. Also the Fanatec Gt World Challenge, 24 Hrs Spa. WAY BETTER THAN FORMULA 1. A lot more excitement. These Drivers Work Hard , Drive Hard .😁
