Thank you for your question! Since PCOS is a medical condition, it’s important to consult with a healthcare professional to get advice tailored to your situation. Yoga can be a supportive practice, but it’s always best to check with a doctor before starting any new exercise routine, especially if there are specific health concerns. It’s recommended to practice at a pace that feels comfortable for you, while keeping medical guidance in mind.
Hi good evening, I am suffering from 2.0 to 2.5 mm supraspinatous tendon tear in my left shoulder . Docter sujjested for an orthopedic surgery. Now at this stage i am not interested to go for a surgery. Can this curred by yoga & physiotherapy. Pl reply.
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your situation. I’m really sorry to hear about your supraspinatus tendon tear. While yoga and physiotherapy can sometimes be part of a recovery plan for certain injuries, it’s very important to follow the advice of your healthcare provider. Every body and injury is different, and only a qualified medical professional who understands your specific condition can give you the best recommendations. I would strongly encourage you to consult with your doctor or a physical therapist who can guide you toward the safest and most effective approach for your recovery. Wishing you a smooth and healthy recovery! Best regards, Natsumi
Hi there! Thank you for your question. It’s important to listen to your body and build strength gradually, especially for core and uterus health. Here are some guidelines: • If you need more practice time and feel ready, you can move on to the second and third videos in the series. • I recommend practicing three times a week to build core strength effectively. • The series includes three videos: part one, part two, and part three. You can find the link to the next part at the end of each video. • Feel free to alternate between the videos or repeat one based on your preference and comfort level. • Remember, the goal is to build strength in your core and center without causing fatigue. It’s important to progress gradually for the best results. I’ll add the links to part two and part three here for your convenience: • Part two: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-x30Tsmfj_JU.html • Part three: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-bd_CPlh7vec.html Stay strong and enjoy your practice! Namaste 🙏

For beginners, it’s best to start with this routine two to three times a week. Listen to your body and see how it feels. Over time, you can gradually increase the frequency if it feels comfortable for you.😀
Thank you for trusting me with your question. While I'm here to guide you through your yoga journey, I must remind you that I'm not qualified to give medical advice. Dealing with a rotator cuff injury requires professional medical attention to manage pain and heal properly. I encourage you to consult a healthcare provider for the best treatment options. Take care and focus on your recovery, so you can return to your practice safely when you're ready.
I felt so called out with the texting comment haha. Today has been an especially bad day with doing it a lot. Thank you for the helpful exercises. It’s not fully sorted yet but it’s good to know something I can do to work on it.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and I'm glad to hear the video has been helpful for you. Based on what you've described, I would recommend doing the practice once a day to start. It's important to listen to your body and not overdo it, especially when dealing with nerve-related issues. If you're experiencing any discomfort or if the condition persists, I strongly encourage you to consult with a healthcare professional, such as a physician or a qualified therapist, to get tailored advice for your situation. Additionally, I've created a playlist of videos that focus on addressing pinched nerve issues.(ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-sgcmjUODX-U.html). These might provide you with a variety of approaches to explore and see what works best for you. Remember, everyone's body is different, so what helps one person may not be the best for another. Always prioritize your well-being and consult with a professional if you have any concerns
Hi, thank you for treating this subject. There are not many on YT who make videos about the arm nerve pain, unfortunately. It limits mobility, and is quite annoying. Much love. Additionally, I think I have the golfer's or tennis elbow with a lot of pain concentrated on the small elbow bone.

Regarding your specific concern about golfer's or tennis elbow, I'm sorry to hear about the pain you're experiencing. It can be challenging to deal with. Of course, I understand. I have a pre existing injury from being rear ended at a red light. I did yoga and acupuncture to avoid surgery but the pinched nerve comes back now and then. Your videos are very relaxing, and sometimes I keep them on even if I'm not watching for relaxing background energy for your voice.@@fitYOGAfit
