Chec harbour doesn't have anything to do with electricity remember ,also, take into consideration JPS still haven't repaired all the light poles in communities across Jamaica. I doubt those are possible to do at the moment due to pressure from the government and the people. Remember various things can be taken into consideration friend.

There needs to be closer monitoring of work being done by the NWA to maintain proper quality control. Then again, there are questions about the fitness of some staff of the NWA capacity to execute such tasks based on qualifications and experience.
The wall is better now but Im watching closely to see if they gonna put big boulders at the to protect this new wall from heavy storm surges in the future

Why CHEC did not build exit and entrance like what the French did with the Nothern highway. Are the Jamaican people getting value for their tax dollars?
Which government body is responsible for maintainance of the highway. Those dirt and gravel on the side of the high way,the grass and shubs growing on the side of the curb needs to be taken care of. Andrew Holness boast about buildind these highway,does he know that they need maintennance to not end up looking shabby.

A solid concrete wall with concrete floor to the height of the road surface, and the wall curving back towards the sea, so that water can flash back toward the sea, and also breakwater boulders should be in place to ease the impact of the waves .
Thanks for the update. That wall looks like it will be able to withstand storm surges. They also need to pack boulders at the base of the wall to break impact of waves hitting the wall.
